I am receiving the message: "There was an error creating the issue" when I try to Create a Jira issue from the Cypress Dashboard failed test runs

You may want to reach out to the cypress dashboard vendor to see what the underlying error could be.

In the mean time, check it you are able to create a Jira issue manually to make sure it is just isolated to the Cypress Dashboard integration.
