"Starts on" in the past

We are testing this app and sometimes it doesn't work:

For this task we want to clone it once a year on a 1.11.. After updating it the next occurance is not the 1.11.25 but the year 27. Why?
Is it because the date is in the past?

Can we check when the next few repeats will be?

NVM I just found the problem. When the date is on weekends it skips.
