There is a red error within the navigation space. This indicates that the license for jira has expired and you need to renew it. If you are the organziation admin, you need to check your billing:

• admin.atlassian.com
• Billing section and check the Jira subscription - you either need to degrade to the free but this only allows for up to 10 users to use it, otherwise you would need to pay in order to keep your subscription
