"Preparing cloning machine" hangs

When trying to clone an arbitrary ticket in our JIRA cloud instance, it appears to hang indefinitely. Any idea what the issue might be?

Best way to know is to contact Atlassian support!

Since it's not an hosted version thus there is no direct access to log files.
