In our organization there has been a migration for Jira in the recent past after which we are not able to pull data into power bi with the old connector.

Now we have created a new connector and used the new url (https://jira.cnvrmedia.net/rest/aio-bi/1.0/powerbi/export/ZjFhMzEyYTktZGI5Mi00MTZhLWJjMzgtNjFlM2Q4NWQ0).

Now we get  the error "OData: Request failed; The remote name could not be resolved: 'jira.cnvrmedia.net"

Can  you please help me on this.

This is a networking problem, not a Jira one.  It simply means that when your connector is trying to reach your Jira, the server is is running on cannot look up the name of the (Jira) server to connect to.

You need to make your Jira server name resolvable on the server that is throwing that error.
