"Jira could not complete this action due to a missing form token" on several pages

On Jira Software v.8.13 error "Jira could not complete this action due to a missing form token" appears on several pages - for example re-index or Manage dashboard.

@Jan Fimbinger did you recently update Jira?   Is it happening in all browsers?  Have you cleared your browsers cache?
