I installed JIRA softeware 7.8 on the VPN network.

I can log in. But I can not create a project. The following error occurs.

"An error occurred while trying to contact JIR."

And on the main menu, the following warning message is displayed.

" JIRA Software is currently unavailable.  This might be because an upgrade task has failed to run or has not yet completed.  Please contact your system administrator if you continue to see this message. "

Is the installation wrong? However, there were no strange messages during installation.

Hi @alex seol,

can you please check your atlassian-jira.log file in your JIRA-HOME/log - folder if there are any errors logged.
