query for summary of bugs on release date and burndown of these bugs from then onwards

For example if we are doing a  production release on Jan 1st, with 10 known bugs , and this report is generated on jan 30 , it should show a burndown like on Jan 1st we ahd 10, later on jan 15 ,it reduced to 5 bug and on jan 30 it shows only 2 bugs . Post production release bug burndown is what we are looking for
