qTest test description not displaying fully in qTest section in Jira Cloud

The qTest test case description is not displaying in the cloud instance of Jira.

It displays the test case id and link only.

Checked the on prem version and it displays the test case id and description.

The qTest test execution panel is ok.

Hi @Philip.OBrien 

I believe this issue is likely related to a configuration on the qTest side. I recommend raising a support ticket with Tricentis to verify whether the description field is being correctly passed from qTest to the Jira UI.
