proyecto bloqueado

Lo sucedido fue que ingrese a mi Jira Free (el cual cuanta con 3 proyectos). Al hacer click en proyectos solo me figuraban 2. 

Hago click en Ver todos los proyectos y aparecen 3 proyectos, los dos y el proyecto bloqueado. Entro a el proyecto y figura vacio, no se pueden ver las incidencias y sale un aviso que dice " tu proyecto pudo haber sido eliminado o se han modificado tus permisos"

No puedo ver el proyecto. Como hago para recuperarlo?

Hi @Gala Vercellino,

If your Jira instance is a free plan, that would be surprising since permissions are not configurable there. On the other hand, you indicated that you are on a standard plan. In that case, you should be able to access the project settings, as long as you have admin permissions.

Click on the cog while icon in the top right corner of your Jira instance and select Projects there:

This will open your list of projects, but with slightly more options then if you go through the Projects menu > View all projects.

If you see your blocked project in the list there, click the ... button behind it and select Project Settings. Check permissions settings there and make sure your account has access to the project. Depending on whether your project is team or company managed, this may require a different approach:

  • for company managed, check Permissions (which groups/roles have browse project permission) and People (is your account in the right role) settings.
  • for team managed, check Access.
