I created a demo project  then i didn't give any permissions to other users after one of the user access to  demo project url then get message :This project isn't available,It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed. which file in jira this text avalilable? because i want change existing text to customize text

I think it is in the language files you are using.  Most of Jira is written with tags that are replaced by words from your chosen language pack.
