Hello!
I changed my project URL and saved the changes in Project Settings. If I go to Project Settings to look for what my project URL is, I can see the change I made. However, if I input my new project URL (the one I saved), it does not find my project. I can only access my project if I go to my old URL.
Is this because I have the free version of JIRA cloud? Or has anyone else ever experienced this?
Please advise :)
Hi John,
Unfortunately not. I just tried again and its still not updating the project URL.
Any assistance that you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Adam Azad and welcome to the Community!
I think your expectations of what the project url does are not completely aligned with what it actually does. It is a field where you can add a link to information that holds interesting information about your project and is commonly used to link to e.g. a Confluence space that holds your project documentation.
If I read your question correctly, you seem to think that it automagically creates an alternative link to navigate to your project in Jira. That is, however, not the case.
Hope this helps!
