last week my tempo time sheet stopped appearing. My supervisor and everyone else can see and use my time sheet, but i can't. I don't receive an error I just get a blank page. I have cleared my cache numerous times and still can not see my time sheet not any other functions related to tempo. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I log into my Jira and click on Tempo. The module opens with a blank screen and does not display an error.

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo support system so we can better follow up on this (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6)
Can you please also inform us about the browser you are using and if you experience the same problem when using a different browser.
Please attach also the .log and .har files when reproducing the issue so we can better investigate this problem? Please follow these steps:
Open your instance in a Chrome Browser
Open the Browser Console (press F12 or right click on mouse and choose Inspect)
With the Console tab of the Browser console selected, perform the steps to reproduce the problem save the results (right click and choose Save as)
Navigate to the Network tab of the Browser console
Save the results (right click and choose Save as HAR with content)
