We use Jira as an Servicedesk platform. So users got at the end of filling out the form an error "We could not confirm that they are not Bots.". The users are unable to create an ticket with Jira. Jira is running inside an safe platform named Tightgate Pro (ReCoBS). An safe way for users to surf the internet in safety concerns networks.
Can we configure, that this Bot-check were disabled?
Thanks in advance.
That error usually appears when Jira’s bot protection can’t verify the user because the request is coming through a secure proxy like Tightgate Pro. In most cases, you can’t disable the bot check for Jira Cloud, but you can fix it by allowing Jira’s domains through the proxy or adjusting Tightgate so it doesn’t block cookies, scripts, or IP reputation checks.
Thanks Carl. The domain was included in the White-List. I'll check the entry in the allowed URLs-list ...

SOLVED: the entry in the allowed URL-list was unsuccessful. The solution was the permission "unrestricted internet access" for this single user in Tightgate.
Now it jumps over the Bot trap. :-)
Thanks.
