Hi guys, I'm looking for some plugin which will show me how much time does it take to change the status of any ticket (something that will start counting automatically just to avoid situation that someone forgot to start counting).

Hello Natalia,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I understood that you would like to have a counter that would register the time that an issue spent in a status until it's changed, is that correct?

If that's the functionality you are looking for, you can try the following plugin:

Time Reports

This plugin provides you a report called Time In Status which provide you with the exact time that an issue has passed on which of its Statuses.

Hello Natalia,

Counting starts automatically on time reports, you just need to configure the JQL filter to return which issues you would like to see in the report.

Hello Natalia,

Here are the steps:

- Click on the Search button on the left menu of your screen > Click on Advanced Search for Issues

- Configure the filter returning the issues you want and save it

- Type GG and search for Time Reports Configuration  and click on it

- Click on Go to Time reports

- Select the report Pivot by Status and add the filter you created to the report:
