plugin named "logs" appeared after update and is disabled

Hello,
we just updated our JIRA (server) from 8.7.1 to 8.13.4
We now have disabled system plugin named "logs", which was not there before and is not installed on any of our other instances (one of it is our testing instance with the same JIRA Version).
We were unable to find any clues in the logs so far.
