As Nic says, the plugin is not tested in this kind of environment. I have scheduled this compatibility test at the end of the year.

What does it say on the marketplace listing?

It does not have tyhe data center tag in market place

Then it's not compatible. (OK, it might actually be compatible technically, but the vendor has chosen not to say that, so you have to assume that it is not)
