Hello,
How can I add the Roadmaps for Jira application to jira Software, I did not find instructions on the Internet.

How can I add a plan tab in Jira so that the plan is displayed on the top line where projects, create, boards?

In Jira Cloud, you will see a Plan tab if you have advanced roadmap which comes with Jira permium/enterprise version. Jira standard version has Basic Roadmap feature.

For Jira server/datacenter you can install the advanced roadmap from the marketplace for free.

How to installed roadmaps in Jira Software? 

"Advanced Roadmaps for Jira" "If you use Jira Server and already have a license for this app, you can continue to renew your app license. If you don’t already have a license you’ll need to migrate to Jira cloud or Data Center to use this app."

"Advanced Roadmaps" in Jira server will work If you have bought the plugin license before 2nd Feb 2021. Otherwise, you can use it only in DC or on Cloud premium (Advanced Roadmaps included)

You can also raise a support ticket directly to Atlassian for any detailed information.
