pictures not showing up while changing support line and adding them in the comment

Hi, I would like to ask if it's normal or something messed up in configuration. When we are adding picture to the comment of a ticket it shows up in the comment and also adds up as an attachment, but when we are adding a picture to the comment while changing support line it's not showing up as attachement and in comment it shows as a "picture" representing logo like this
