I have just purchase a jira software with wrong email adress thats why I did not get any activation mail. what should I do to solve this issue

You can raise a support ticket with atlassian (https://support.atlassian.com/ ) and ask them to update the email address and for further procedure.

I assume you are not able to login because of the wrong id. But in case you are able to due to some saved creds, you should be able to update the email address as in https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#managingmyaccount-1
