openldap with starttls self signed cert

Hi! I use openldap with tls (starttls on default port 389) with self signed certificate, and as i know i must to copy my CA cert to the host where i hosted my confluence instance
after copy cert i do
cp mycacert.crt /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/
and then
sudo update-ca-certificates
after than i try to test my connection
Can anyone help with using TLS in ldap connection in confluence?
