one user logging two tasks simultaneously

At my office, we use Clockwork pro. Is it possible for a user to log time for two tasks simultaneously? let's say he is working on task A and has task B also assigned two him. He has logged time on task A and while time track is going, he also logs time on task B. Here we have a problem- two clockworks are running at the same time for two tasks, while there is only one person working. If this error is possible to occur, is there any way to prevent it? let's say, ban a person from logging time on one task, if he/she has clockwork running on another task.

Hi,

there is an option in the configuration which could help you:

Apps -> Clockwork -> Time Tracking -> Starting a new timer stops all other running for the same user

That is preventing to start a new timer for the particular user, however, it is still possible to log time manually on other issues.
