Did you mean:

one sprint for all projects

I need to create one sprint for all projects. The condition is that the backlog of this sprint is formed separately in other projects, and the sprint is launched once for all projects and the tasks of each project are placed in their own project.

Hi @Ivan Andrieiev , I thought I did offer a possible consideration. Let me try again.

  1. In your "general" project create a board that has a filter which includes all projects and also includes a specific label. For example - project in (A,B,C) and labels = (sprint-ready) and (sprint is empty Or sprint not in closedSprints(). What this means is that your general board and the associated backlog will include issues from projects A, B, C if they have the label and the sprint field is empty or not closed sprint.
  2. in the individual projects the associated team will pick which issues they will work on in the upcoming general sprint. the Label field for those issues will be updated to include "sprint-ready".
  3. The scrum master or sprint manager will drag all issues with the sprint-ready logo into the new sprint and start it.

this may or may not be what you are looking for but based upon my interpretation of your post I think it could.

Hi @Іван Андрєєв ,

well you certainly can create a single sprint that spans multiple projects the sprint must be managed via the associated board's backlog. It cannot be managed from other boards backlogs.

maybe you could consider using something like a label that is added in the individual projects backlog when ready to enter the sprint. In this manner when all projects are accounted for then the primary backlog and simply move all issues with the label into the sprint.

Ugh... in trying to clean up my own post I got everything reversed. Oh well the context remains.

@Jack Brickey

If these are different projects, when creating a label, they will simply be sorted by different sprints, as well as the backlog. I can't understand how labels will solve that problem.

@Jack Brickey  Hi

I already have projects created. That is, it is necessary to form this sprint through them. And also transfer all created tasks to this sprint and the general backlog. If you create a filter for all projects, then, accordingly, sprints and backlogs will be for different projects, I need the general sprint to be displayed on the board of the general project, and all tasks from other projects on the boards of these projects.
