Could you help to check below that if it possible to add bug status for the linked issues (marked as blue)?
For example:
NTGRUP-4086 issue is relative to R8000P (RP-401), currently it just show "RP-401". We want it can show as "RP-401(open)".

You would need to hack code in Confluence to get it to look up the data and display it.

I would be more tempted to do this in Jira - use ScriptRunner to create a "scripted field" that looks at the links and their status and displays that, then use that in the Confluence report.
