oec service is not getting started on centos 7

I have installed the opsgenie-nagios-1.1.2-1.x86_64, 

However the oes service not getting started and end up in getting below logs.

ERROR[2021-03-16T04:47:27.399834343-04:00] Queue processor could not get initial token and will terminate.
FATAL[2021-03-16T04:47:27.39987363-04:00] Token could not be received from Opsgenie, status: 404 Not Found, message: {"message":"ChannelDoesNotExistException: OEC channel does not exist!

Hi,

Reading from docs:

Channel Configuration

  1. Go to the Actions tab under the Team dashboard.
  2. Click Add Action Channel.
  3. Enter the name of the action channel and select Opsgenie Edge Connector (OEC) as the type.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Copy the API key provided in the next screen to use in your OEC configuration.
  6. Install OEC and configure it using the API key you've copied in step 5.

So my understanding is that it's not possible test it with trial plan, as I don't see "Action" tab in Team dashboard...

Please let me know.
