notification when jira server is down

Hi Team,

Hope good.

 

We need some information here.

we are using JIRA and confluence server (we don't have Atlassian support), 

Some time our Jira and Confluence servers will down automatically due some reasons. here what is the challenge is My Manager is requesting to set allurement notification when Confluence and Jira application down at least 5 members (Manaer, Jira admins 4)

Please assist what is the way to set the allurement message. please suggest us spoon feeding way.

The short answer is "monitoring" - set something up to monitor your systems and alert when they disappear.  We can't help you with that, Atlassian doesn't have a monitoring product (but it does have Statuspage which can help your report on failures)

But I would strongly recommend that you stop letting them fail.  Investigate the problem - what exactly is taking them down?  What are the symptoms, what do the logs say, and so on?
