notification on granting access

Hello

is it possible to get a notification via email or in Jira, if an external user i requested access for had his access granted by the Jira administrator, and i can continue that user's configuration (e.g. assign roles, add him to projects...etc)

I don't think so - if you don't get an email now when a request is approved, there isn't an additional setting that can make this happen.
