not able to view attachments after upgradation

Hi Team,

We recently upgraded our Jira from 7.0.11 to 7.1 and then 7.6.2. After the Upgrade we are facing issue in viewing attachments.

Below is the screenshot attached for the same.

We have also tried the workaround given in this link-

but didn't work...

Hi Neha,

Can you let me know which step you completed to try to resolve the issue? Did you use the Workaround or the Resolution? Can you confirm that Jira was completely stopped as you made the change and then started again?
