not able to access the Jira dashboard.

Screenshot (1724).pngI’m unable to access the Jira dashboard. For the past two days, I’ve been encountering the attached error page when trying to open it. I’ve already raised an IHD ticket, but the issue is still unresolved.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

As community members, we unfortunately won’t be able to directly investigate or resolve issues related to your Jira site access from our end. Since this appears to be an instance-specific issue, it would require intervention from Atlassian Support.

We have requested Atlassian to take a look at this thread, though responses through the community may take up two days. In the meantime, I’d strongly recommend raising a support ticket directly with Atlassian if you haven’t already, as that would generally provide a faster investigation and resolution path for production-impacting issues like this.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting into your dashboard. Because account access involves verifying your identity and handling sensitive information (like your email or dashboard site URL), we cannot troubleshoot this in a public forum. To keep your account secure, we need to move this to a private conversation with our Support team.

Please take these steps to get help:

  • Visit our Support portal.

  • Select Technical issues and bugs -> Jira
  • Insert your site URL
  • Fill in the rest fields and submit a ticket

Our support teams will work with you 1:1 to verify your ownership of the account and restore your access.

I have checked internally and was not able to find a ticket created for this issue.
