B,C,D,S is pretty fine,but not A.

A is a word, one used often in text, and hence pretty useless as a search term. Most fuzzy searches have the sense to ignore it.

Other word is working as well as expected except A. For some reason, i still need to search that issue that summary is "A" (only a word A) by jql [summary ~ "A"], is there another syntax could use to search that?

"A" is a reserved word and will be ignored in a search. Just like "Not" or "will" etc. See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/search-syntax-for-text-fields-939938747.html#Searchsyntaxfortextfields-reservedReservedwords
