no puedo asignar incidencias desde la vista nueva, en vez de la lista de usuario dice "NO OPTIONS"

Pre your description, you are only facing the mentioned problem in the current issue view. Is it correct?
Currently, the new issue view is returning a bug where users with assign issue permissions are not able to assign issues unless they have the edit issues permissions too:
- Assign User permission not being respected in new issue view
Can you check if you are not been impacted by the mentioned bug? Ask for your site-admin to add you to the Edit issues permission.
Additionally, double-check if you have Assign issues permission in the project and the Browse Users Global permission.
