new jira view iframe syle not being set

Im having an issue of when clicking a new jira view it doesnt run the code that I want and I get the error shown in screenshot1. My new jira view is the 4th button from the left the pink and blue at the top in the first screen shot as you can see once its clicked a new section appears called "Epic decomposition" but for some reason the iframe syle is not being set correctly so the webpanel doesnt show. In the second screenshot is the code i have for this new jira view where "/helloworld.html" is the code I want to run in the "Epic Decomposition" sections webpanel once the button is clicked. Also I only want this button to be shown for epic issues and not for stories or tasks.
