Here are few keys that is required from our organization to implement in the existing workflow.
 
1.
While Raising/Creating RFC Link jira attachment should work as a mandatory.

2.
After raising it has to be moved to (first level Approval stage) mandatory with email alert
(Please Resolve this or this is cancelled)

3.
At the Open stage there should be automated trigger for filling channel/Impacted Partners Name

4.
Rule which can replicate field value to different field (ex- Value should reflect in 2 field same as field 1)

Hi,

For the first one you will need an addon like scriptrunner do achieve it. Some automation rule can do the tricks for the other item.

Did you try something with automation ? can you share your rules
