As you are referring to test cycles, you probably have an ap installed for testing.

The app provides options for dash boarding or reports. It is not said that the details from the app can be used in default pie chart gadgets.

What app is used and have you gone over the apps documentation?

As I mentioned, what app are yu using and does this app provide such options.

If not this is not possible, as Jira can't just access any information from a 3re party integration

I am not using any app i need to figure the pie chart and map the test cycle there to view the percentage .so i am not able to use the pie chart for mapping the test cycle details . i have just checked with copilot it is showing some  details like" we need to use

Zephyr" to map the test cycle in pie hart gadegts so

Test Cycles are not a ootb part of Jira, so these can't be mapped.

For testing in Jira a 3rd party app is used

Default ootb pie chart gadget can't show test cycle details from an app.
