need help for to create some rules for dashboard.

Hi team 

need help  we have create some dashboard's from the backlog & sprints

also setup some rules for mandatory fields when the user status changes.

How can i set the rules for mandatory field when the user status changes from one transition to another.

Please help me to achieve this.

you need to add a Validator (field required) to the transition. project settings > workflow, edit the workflow, click on the transition and the select Validator, add a field required validator and include an error message. publish the workkflow. Note that if this workflow is shared with other issuetypes then you may want consider creating a new workflow for this one issuetype.
