need a jql to calculate sum of story points for a assignee

i need to create a dashboard in Jira where i can show how much story point (in total) is assigned to a particular person within a specific date range say for example :an year 

is it possible without any plugin ?
how can we show it in Jira?

This is related to capacity management and it's best if you have the add-on to manage these activities.

BigPicture add-on is one such add-on or you could explore in the marketplace to suit your needs

If you are on the cloud and has a premium plan, you could work in advanced roadmaps as well to get this working
