naming convention user name

hello,

some users are showing first and last name, whereas a few users are showing up as first initial and last name. 

how do I set it where everyone shows up with first and last name.

Access to Atlassian products happens via an Atlassian account.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to force users to use their first and last names as their display names. The best you can do is make it a policy and encourage people to adhere to it. They would do that via:

• Update your profile and visibility settings

How are the user accounts being created? Are you provisioning them from an IdP? Are people self-registering to create Atlassian Cloud accounts?
