my sptint burndown chart not shown guideline line, it is only showing red line

i am working on two sprints, it only shows red line on burndown chart not the grey line og guideline line. i need that line

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The guideline is based on the committed work when the sprint starts, drawing a straight line from that value to 0 at the scheduled end date for your sprint.
Looking at the left edge of the chart, when you started the sprint the total of Story Points assigned to issues in the sprint was 0 (or there were no issues assigned to the sprint).
The gray guideline would be going from 0 at the start of the sprint to 0 at the end of the sprint. It is a flat line with the value of 0 for the duration of the sprint.
