my server didnt see Atlassian Marketplace

My Jira sotware server v9.1  cannot access the Atlassian Marketplace server, is this atlassian's own problem or mine, the firewall configuration is normal.

Hi @Jorj Jorj ,

on my side all seems ok. Please take a look if the marketplace connection is enabled on your setting first an then please perfome a check at your network side.

Marketplace APIs are working fine for me, so I suspect it is a networking thing.

A very quick and easy test is to log into the server and run a tracert or tracepath and see where it is being blocked
