my qa member is not displaying in drop down

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Some of My QA Team members do not display in the drop down for QA Tester in a Jira ticket. 

 

Any suggestions would be greate.

Welcome to the community!

I am not sure what kind of field are you using to display the user name and how the user names are being rendered. You can start with these details.

If the field is populating names from a group please ensure to add those users to the particular group.You can check them from admin.atlassian.com > user > add to the group.

Are you using Team Managed, or Company Managed (more likely to be a permissions issue)? 

Have you confirmed that the QA Tester can see the issue?
