my account (user) turned from activ to inactive

don't know why and how it happend but my account is no longer active. 

how do I reacvtivate it?

Hi @Sascha Takats,

Is your JIRA instance using LDAP or internal user directory for the user management?

If it's LDAP then you need to re-enable his AD user or place the disabled users into the correct group to ensure access. Once re-enable you need to sync with your LDAP server(s).

If its an internal user, simply navigate to the JIRA configuration, go to users, find the user and enable them.

If you are using a Cloud account then open a support request at Atlassian Support and they will help you with that.
