multiple domains

Hi, i am managing multiple domains under the same google apps account, i am having problem with getting the account holders of the secondary domain to use atlassian. What are the steps I need to take in order to allow that?

If I got you right, you are having multiple domains with a same GApps account and facing problems integrating with OnDemand. At this moment, OnDemand it is not able to integrate GApps accounts using multiple domains/sub-domains. Please have a look at this Test integration with Google Apps accounts that use multiple domains.
