moving multiple tickets on scrum board

Hi team,

Is it possible to move multiple tickets at the same time from one board column to another. Ex: To Do(Column) --> In progress(Column). 

We tried by selecting 2 tickets from 'TO DO' and move to IN PROGRESS at the same time. It only works if we move them separately. 

FYI. there is a bi-directional transition between them.

Q. IS IT POSSIBLE?

Q1. Do we need to make any configuration changes for this to work?

Q2. What are the permissions required for a user?

As per my knowledge, it is not possible to move multiple tickets at the same time from one board column to another column, you need to move status of the ticket individually from the board.

But you can use the bulk update if you want to change the multiple tickets at a time, please refer the below link for the same:
