move to done button is missing

I moved to the new view, and the "move to done" button was missing. 
Move to done was enabled if all tasks, sub-task, bugs, and sub bugs under a story were done. 
If I return to the old view, I can see it again. 
Is there a way to return it to the new view? Or create a quick filter

I want to zero in on the the "move to done" button. What type of project are we talking about here? Software or Business (JWM)? I am not seeing this button on any of my boards and, TBH, don't recall seeing it previously. Is it possible that you have an add-on app presenting this that may not be working with the new view? Also. as @Valerie Knapp mentions, please confirm what you mean by switching on/off the new view so that we can assist further.

I have understood from your question that you cannot transition a Story to the Done status, as in, you do not see the button. Can you confirm that the Story meets the criteria to go in Done? Are any child issues in the correct state to permit this?

Yes, the story meets the criteria to go in Done. 
In the new view, the button is not there. But if I return to the old view (with the same story), I can see it. Can I add a picture over here somehow?

Hi @Orly Sharon , thanks for your reply. Yes, you should be able to add a screenshot here in the menu, if you click on this square that is meant to look like a painting I think -

You can then upload something from your clipboard, like this

and then click on 'Insert' to add the image. If you can share what you are seeing, that would probably help to see what is going on.

Hi @Valerie Knapp  this is a company-managed project. 
Our JIRA administrator did not change any settings in the project. 
If I change from the new to the old view, the button papers.

If so, my advice would be to switch this off if you don't have the view you want to see. You can try to search the documentation of Atlassian (I just did without much success) or open a bug ticket with them if you think there is a problem. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer any other suggestions. Sorry and good luck.

Hi. I am also experiencing this after the force moved to the new Enhanced View. I was specifically not updating to it because of this functionality being removed and had hoped it would be fixed before the force move. 

Was wondering if @Orly Sharon you ever submitted a bug for this? I would like to watch it/comment on it if so.
