move task from first to second project with saving additional information

I start to move tasks from one project in Jira to another and bumped to trouble issue. In the first project which is created as team-managed exist additional fields in task such as Я хочу (Как)

In the second project, which is created as company-managed doesn't exist fields in task such as Я хочу (Как)

When I try to move task from first to second project all information from additional fields are deleted 

I tried to add additional field such as Я хочу (Как) to the second project, but it couldn't help, everything was deleted.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Hi @Liubov Dudnyk -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That is a known issue for custom fields, as described in the documentation on migrating projects: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/migrate-between-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects/

One work-around that may work for moving from team-managed to company-managed is:

1. ask your site admin set up the fields for the new project, 
2. export your team-managed project issues *before moving them*,
3. move the issues, and
4. then use import/update capabilities to set the values of the custom fields
