[mobile] cannot create epic from board

hi, I use iPhone and I try to create Epic on board via iOS Jira app 
when the board is empty I can choose epic or task for the creation item
but when on board has any item, I can create only task

Could you help me, anyone? 
Is it a bug or did I miss something?

Hello, Good day. After selecting create an issue, you should have the option to change the issuetype. Attaching screenshots for reference.
