migrate JIRA 7.8 to jira cloud

I have been using the JIRA since last 3-4 years. Now I want to migrate my JIRA 7.8 server to cloud JIRA.

I want to installed the "jira cloud migration assistant" app in my JIRA 7.8 Server, but I didn't find any app installation option in JIRA 7.8.

so can you help us where I get the app installation("jira cloud migration assistant") option in JIRA 7.8 ? attached screenshot here.

 You can find the app in https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222010/jira-cloud-migration-assistant?hosting=server&tab=overview. Click on versions tab to get check the latest versions and their compatibility !!

I would suggest please go through https://www.atlassian.com/migration/plan/cloud-guide before you start the migration.

Here in this document why it shows the different steps?  my jira version is 7.8 and here mentioned also for jira 7.6 or newer. so the below step should work.

In earlier email I mentioned that  I am able to installed the plugin, but in document shows different way to installed the same which I was following.
