We need to manage our erps in jira service desk and version them. Once a client is ready for an upgrade, we want to provide them access to any one of the software versions as required and they should be able to download the same from the service-desk itself.
Is it possible using jira service desk? If so, do we require any extra plugin for the same?
I think the answer will depend on your requirements. You might want to look at an addon like Insight.
