make the JOB REGISTRATION field mandatory

I'm using the activated time control option, I would like to know if it would be possible when I move an item to the finished column
jira opens the screen to automatically register the job or make this a required field

I am assuming that when you say move an item you are transitioning it on the workflow.  If that is the case you can map a screen to a workflow transition and require fields on that workflow screen.
