I have a quick filter "updatedDate >= -1 order by updatedDate DESC" and it doesn't make the right order. Please check and let me know what i am wrong or fix the bug. Thanks!

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Quick filters are only for filtering. They can reduce what is visible to a subset. The cannot reorder the data.
The order of the data is established by the core filter used by the board.
This is expected functionality, not a bug.
